Business Development Representative

Company Overview

We are the only cloud-based testing platform aimed at bringing the whole testing ecosystem to cloud. Today we have a powerful cloud network of 2000+ real browsers and operating systems that helps testers in cross-browser and cross platform compatibility testing. We’re looking for a top-notch Software Engineers who always sweat the small stuff and care about impeccable code. Our platform is written in Golang, Javascript and K8s are used for deployment. This position reports to our VP Engineering.

What You'll Do

• Familiar working with cloud and datacenter for enterprise customers
• Troubleshooting and analyzing technical issues raised by internal and external users.
• Hands-on experience on Linux / Windows / Mac OS’s and Batch/Apple/Bash scripting.
• Experience working with Monitoring tools like Prometheus / Nagios / Zabbix.
• Experience developing automation in one or more technologies such as Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation, Puppet, Chef will be preferred.
• Monitor infrastructure alerts and take proactive action to avoid downtime and customer impacts.
• Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD process using tools like Git, GitHub, Jenkins etc.
• Working closely with the cross functional teams to resolve issues.
• Experience with various databases such as MongoDB, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MSSQL
• Write scripts to automate manual efforts and production monitoring.
• Familiar with AWS technologies like, EC2, S3, Lambda, IAM, etc
• Kubernetes and Docker are good to have.
• Test, build, design, deployment, and ability to maintain continuous integration and continuous delivery process using tools like Jenkins, maven Git, etc.
• Must know how to choose the best tools and technologies which best fits the business needs.
• Ability to automate test and deploy the code and monitor.
• Work in close coordination with the development and operations team such that the application is in line with performance according to the customer's expectation.

What you should have

• 3- 5years of experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Computer Science) is Mandatory.
• Demonstrable experience in marketing together with the potential and attitude required to learn.
• The person should be a really good communicator & writer.
• Ability to work independently, collaboratively and proved to be a good team player.
• Go getter & self-learning attitude.
